Provide Parents with a "Term Time Holiday Allowance"
Provide parents & children with an annual holiday allowance & stop teacher training days during term time.
Speaking on behalf of those who sign this petition it is requested that;
- Parents and Children are given a 10 day holiday allowance each school year
- Teachers should not have training time during term times and that should be taken during half-term/full-term/annual 6 week holidays
Additionally the following conditions should apply to those parents and children who do take the entitlement.
- School work that they would have been given during the school day and any homework should be completed & caught up with - it is the parents responsibility to ensure this is complete.
