Allow fully vaccinated non-residents to enter the UK without quarantine
Extend the quarantine exemption to include anyone that has been fully vaccinated with an approved jab, including British citizens vaccinated abroad and people of all nationalities and countries of residence, provided they are arriving from green or amber list countries.
Fully vaccinated UK residents are already allowed to enter the country without quarantining, provided they arrive from green or amber list countries.
But British people living abroad, and fully vaccinated people from other countries, still have to quarantine - even if the vaccines they've had are the same as the ones being given in the UK.
This is discrimination, and it's keeping families and loved ones apart.
The protective effect of a vaccine is the same regardless of where you come from.
