Abolish seagulls being a protected species

Additional Information

Seagulls are not a rare breed that need protection as they are in danger of extinction. They breed prolifically, and in recent years have become a real problem in our towns and cities. A sympathetic approach is needed to be able to manage and curb their ever increasing numbers.
