Give all public sector in line with inflation pay awards.
I would like the government to keep the differential between public sector works and to give them a fair pay rise each year in line with inflation. That way there is no need for long negotiations between the government and unions which just causes friction.
Over the past 10 years public sector have seen some getting pay awards whilst others get nothing. This causes resentment. Everyone getting a fair award is in everyone's interest. This will take out the political interference in pay awards.

The Government is not directly responsible for the pay awards for all public sector workers, but we could accept a petition calling on them to enshrine pay rises in line with inflation for public sector workers the pay of which they are responsible for.
