Have different risk assessments for harassment and stalking.
Making the threshold lower to obtain convictions on stalkers earlier
Lower conviction thresholds will ensure a stalker is monitored more closely so as not to cause harm to their victim or their families.
Having a clear definition between harassment and stalking ensures stalking cases are not taken to the CPS and treated as harassment just because it’s easier to prove.
