Make sure child maintenance does get used for the child . Not fund a Life style
Put in place the option of allowing the paying parent , to pay via child clothing vouchers
Food vouchers , gas or electric credits .
Make the receiving parent use the money for what it’s intended for.
To make to money be used for the correct intention and not to fund a lifestyle …
Then a lot of child would get what they need
And not go with out food or clothing .
