Reintroduce Bow hunting into the UK, to hunt vermin such as rabbits, or birds

Additional Information

I propose that the government ease the bow hunting laws in the UK, enough to allow people with a license, and suitable knowledge in using a bow, to hunt and kill vermin, such as rabbits, and birds, such as Pheasant's. In doing so, this will allow people who wish to hunt to do so without risking the welfare of large animals that are not easily killed humanly such a deer.
