Provide an enforceable global protocol for "green channel" travel for seafarers
Mariners worldwide deliver 80% of trade and are crucial to the supply chain. Countries have closed their borders, flights stopped and extremely taxing rules put in place for any travel. We need a global enforceable green channel protocol for mariners and the facilitation of health care in ports.
This is so that seafarers can travel and embark and disembark their ships internationally.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want to see the Government seek to agree a global protocol for seafarers, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like this protocol to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
