Stop cold calls ! Ban doorstep & phone cold calls protect our old / vulnerable
To ban cold callers from knocking on doors or calling mobiles / landlines.
This will dramatically reduce fraud and scammers
I’m shocked that people / companies are still aloud to knock on your door or call your personal number to try and sell. A lot of the call handlers and door step sales representatives are trained to hard sell and push products and unwanted items and often people feel under pressure and obliged to buy.
This avenue is wide open to scammers also.
Stopping this would cut down on scammers / fraud and rouge traders
