CSA claims subject to proof of both parents having child access arrangements.
Many single parents block access to the other parents, with little no grounds to do so other than jealously, deceitfulness, being power hungry and most common to seek financial gain. CSA should be paid if one parents refuses access, but this is rare. But stop one parent blocking access and claiming.
I want parliament to do this because we have many laws and systems built for equality and unity. But the current legislation requires one parent if having access blocked under no grounds, to pay monumental amounts of money to the other parent who is just seeking financial gain and blocking the nights the child is with the other parent. This is not fair. If one parent is stopping the other parent having the child over night, then this should be a decision made legally, prior to CSA claims.
