Explain the grounds of taking india out of Red list countries but Not Pakistan

Petition Details

I want parliament to explain criteria of red list countries to the public. Also what special india did comparatively to Pakistan to come out of red list countries, even india has the worst sensitising, India is the main cause of new Variants.

Additional Information

Because all decisions are being made at the parliament and they don’t make any sense.
I also want government to explain why can’t people isolate at home, one person’s national minimum wage does not cover £1700 fine. If that’s the case why don’t you change tax threshold to start at £25000 / year.
