Cut CMS costs for the paying parent
Review costs for paying parents to CMS.
Make overtime, mortage, rent, bills, living expenses a recognised outgoing.
paying parents who work overtime and get penalised. Pay tax, national insurance. Not everyone can afford access to there biological children. Mothers who use children as a bargaining tool towards an extra income. Review the pay scale for calculated CMS.
