Make Murder mandatory charge when a child has been beaten to death.
Change the law to make Murder mandatory where a child has been attacked and killed by a parent or guardian. To many times we see people out in four years for the most horrific abuse and torture of babies and children.
These people are literally getting away with murder.
To often we see the most horrific crimes reduced to manslaughter.
