Petition Details

Government needs to stop treating and calling people who make an informed decision not to consent to the covid vaccines insulting names such as selfish, anti vaxxer, conspiracy theorist and so on. This is as offensive as racism and generally insinuates people who choose not to are stupid.

Additional Information

Stop terms anti vaxxer and conspiracy theorist being allowed in politics and the news.
Criminalise these terms used against people give them equal punishment to racism.

Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.

Decisions about how to refer to individual that choose not to be vaccinated are a matter for individual persons and organisations, not the Government or House of Commons. As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
