Retired Gurkhas pre 1997 be treated on parity as relevant to time served & rank
The Gurkhas have served our Queen and Country for 207 years. Considering their loyal service, the current pension rights for Gurkhas who served before 1997 is considered unjust and discriminatory, in that it fails to treat Gurkha soldiers equally to British soldiers alongside whom they have served.
This inequality should be a rectified by all Gurkha soldiers having the same pension rights as other members of the Armed Forces.
