URGENTLY REVIEW AND REFORM THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1988 SECTIONS 128(2)(D) & 133
Call Government to review how the DVSA uses its powers & Section 128(2)(D) during COVID-19. The DVSA must return badges to Approved Driving Instructors/PDIs/Trainers & reinstate those wrongly removed. Also reform Section 133 to enable instructors to appeal to tribunals to reverse decisions on tests
