House builders should include solar panels in all new property developments.
The Government should pass laws which require all new house-builds to be fitted with solar panels. The cost of this should not be borne by the tax payer but by the construction companies.
Renewable energy is an absolute necessity in the fight against climate change. House building companies make substantial profits, some of which should be used to make their developments more environmentally sustainable. If the government is serious about climate change they should create this legislation to support it.
