Decisions about local policing are a matter for individual local authorities, not the Government or House of Commons. As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
We could accept a petition calling for increased funding for additional Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), although the UK Government is only responsible for policing in England and Wales.
