Make it law to report a dead cat or kitten, that has been in a accident.
Make it law that someone has to report a dead cat or kitten or if they have hit a cat or kitten with a vehicle, bike or motorbike.
People loose their beloved cats & kittens everyday due to this, some people don't even know their per has been hit or has died. These are peoples beloved pets and it should be made law to report it as it is with dogs.
