Bring in a Certified responsible dog owners test licence/certificate
Although in January 2021 the Government recognised that Landlords should not discriminate against dog owners wanting to rent a property. It has not been passed as law, therefore it needs to introduce a certified responsible dog owners licence. Too many responsible dog owners are living in the shadows of irresponsible dog owners and this should not continue. Only 7% of rental properties allow dogs !!
