Change the average school day from 9am - 3.30pm to 10am - 4.30pm
Students work better after a good sleep.
Starting slightly later helps to ensures this, and it gives students more opportunity to have breakfast - something which is essential for working well throughout the day.
No school time will be lost in doing this.
Especially effective for 6th form students who are regularly over tired, and who, on average, struggle to get to sleep before 11pm.
