Introduce licences and 10-year mandatory sentences carrying an offensive weapon

Petition Details

The Government should introduce mandatory 10-year jail sentences for anyone carrying an offensive weapon. If someone needs such a weapon for a work or other purpose they should have to apply for a licence, which needs to be renewed each year.
