Go back and empty general waste bins every 2 weeks
Empty bins every two weeks instead of 3 and 4 weeks now refusing to empty if bins are too heavy of course they will be heavy if emptied every 3 weeks and if bin is too heavy wont be emptied
Change it to every two weeks
