A referendum for independence from Scotland for Perth and Kinross
I would like the right to choose if Perth and Kinross wants to stay part of Scotland or the rest of the UK
I believe the region of Perth and Kinross has the right to choose if it wants to remain part of Scotland or the the rest of the UK.
