change of child care rights for parents
As it stands time off for child care rearrangements are fine up to a reasonable level but not what a reasonable level is. The employer should not be the ones to decided this. The law needs to define the amount accepted not employers and protect workers with children who have to have unpland time of due to dependents illness.
