Get doctors back in the surgery
Dentist, Opticians, Nurse practitioner's and Audiologists all have face to face consultations.Why are doctors not doing them , they may as well work in a call centre
My wife ended up in A&E due to only having a telephone consultation with her GP . She has COPD and A&E weren't happy .
