Boycott the school tule no converse/ trainers as school shoes
Trainers are both comfier and better for you feet/ankles,
wearing trainers doesn’t affect our learning

This is a matter for individual schools, not the UK Government or Parliament. Schools set their own uniform policies, which could include allowing students to choose their own school shoes.
You could start a new petition calling on the Government to ban mandatory uniform policies in state schools, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
