Government to half the legal alcohol limit for motorway driving

Additional Information

Average speeds on motorways are double those of everyday town driving. Average human response times when travelling at speed need to be twice as fast to avoid collision, by anticipating events at the higher speed.

Taking these factors into account the government should half the legal amount of alcohol permissible in the blood and urine when driving on the motorway. Same procedure and penalties apply, just new limit to match the driving conditions.
