All new builds, should have photo voltaic installs by default.
Pass a law that requires construction companies to install photo voltaic systems when building new properties commercial or domestic. And in such a way as to allow new owners to easily integrate battery storage into the installation.
To help with the UK promise to reduce its CO2 emissions by not having to build dedicated alternatives for electricity power generating systems.
