Create a motorbike track in hull
We would like the council to make a dirtbike track in hull to stop people from riding dangerously on the road with off road bikes endangering themselves and other
I think if this would done they would be less youths on the streets and less hassle with the police chasing off road bikes off parks or off the public roads
