yes or no vote for a coalition party

Additional Information

at present we have a government coalition party the tory and liberals that the electorate didn't vote for.
in the last few month it has been reported that the liberals are trying to form a pact with the labour party.

I propose that the people should be asked on the ballot papers if they agree or disagree with a coalition party being formed with a yes or no vote.
