I would like fireworks to only legally be sold and used on November the 5th and New year's Eve to cut down on the noise nuisance and distress caused to animals.

Additional Information

Fireworks seem to be readily available all year round and also seem to be getting more powerful, they cause a lot of distress to animals as well as noise nuisance.
