Stop Social Media platforms from disparaging healthcare professionals
There are regular disparaging remarks put onto public platforms about personages and professionals within healthcare, with no regard to facts, truth or circumstances. Social media platforms should not allow for any disparaging remarks to be made with unfounded claims.
I feel that we need someone to stand up and say that from a Mental Health and professional stand point, you should not be able to make disparaging remarks about someone who is unable to defend themselves or put the situation into perspective. Media in general is given far too much leeway in the UK society. This needs dealt with at government level.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
Decisions about standards of behaviour for social media platforms are a matter for individual social media platforms, not the Government or House of Commons.
