Carers should be qualified
Working in a vunerable/elderly environment and nursing my grandparents was hard. But working in care home etc and seeing anyone without a care in the world and never worked a day, only to get job centre off their back half heartly care for people in need is wrong
Children are vunerable and you make people be fully qualified to work with them so why would you not do the same for elderly and vunerable. They have worked their arse off to be where the are now sat so deserve the same respect back.
We treat our new youth with care and digilence so why not treat the people who gave us this right the same?
