Make it a criminal offence to feed bread to ducks
Make it a criminal offence to feed ducks bread, with fines for people who do this (similar to dog fouling).
Bread is not a natural source of food for water birds such as ducks. For this reason, it is suitable for them only in very small quantities.
Many people in parks are continuing to feed ducks bread. This must stop.
