A referendum for Perth and Kinross to become independent
If Scotland votes to leave the UK the region of Perth and Kinross should be allowed to decide to remain part of an independent Scotland or remain part of the UK as an independent region
I believe that the region of Perth and Kinross should be allowed to decide to be an independent region of the UK or part of an independent Scotland if Scotland leaves the UK.
