Scrap Smart Motorways & reinstate hard shoulders
The Government needs to address the danger of smart motorways & reinstate the hard shoulder for distressed vehicles.
I travel regularly on motorways & have seen vehicles broken down & in distress in a live lane. There have been people killed needlessly in these lanes & I fear worse to come.
