Allow Perth and Kinross to have a referendum
If Scotland in any future Scottish independence referendum votes to leave the UK the region of Perth and Kinross should be allowed a referendum on being part of an independent Scotland or remaining part of the UK.
I believe that if in any future Scottish independence referendum Scotland votes to leave the UK that the region of Perth and Kinross should be allowed a referendum on being part of an independent Scotland or remaining of the UK.
