Add PCOS and endometriosis to the national curriculum
Make it mandatory for schools to teach pupils about polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis and their side effects while learning about reproductive organs.
So many women now suffer from polycystic ovaries or endometriosis and because it’s never really spoken about it can make them feel abnormal, one main example of this is the problem of not being able to ovulate and struggle to get pregnant. This can make women feel like a failure but this isn’t the case things can be done by doctors you just need to make sure it’s what you’re suffering from, another thing with PCOS is excess facial hair this tears down women’s mental health because they’re made to feel less womanly and because people don’t understand it is a condition it can mainly incur bullying.
