Stop people from driving in an extreme manner that will cause an accident
To take these people off the streets and stop them from racing on our streets as we have race tracks for these sort of events
We want the government to stop people from driving at excessive speeds at social events and think about the road safety in a way that teaches you in the highway code book

We understand that you are concerned about dangerous driving, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. There are already a number of offences relating to dangerous driving. Decisions about investigating alleged offences and prosecuting these are a matter for the police and Crown Prosecution Service, not the Government or House of Commons.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
