Stop the use of foreign call centres for British companies .
The use of foreign call centres causes huge frustration for the majority of customers due to inability of the operator to efficiently communicate with the customer . It also hugely increases the time taken to deal with enquiry’s and problems leading to the customer call charges going through the roof
