Stop sports people crossing country borders if they are not double vaccinated
Sports people need to be prevented from crossing borders if they are NOT double vaccinated with their club, their international team or as part of international or national bodies such as Olympic Bodies
We want to prevent the spread of CoVid and variants of Corona Virus across country borders and equalise the travel conditions across individuals and sports people across borders.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
The UK Government is responsible for travel rules for people entering the UK, but decisions about entry to other countries are a matter for the receiving country, not the Government or House of Commons.
We could accept a petition calling for exemptions for elite sportspersons from normal Covid-19 travel restrictions on people entering the UK be removed, if that's something you would like to happen.
