Limit National Insurance increases to high earners
Ahead of the 2019 general election, the Prime Minister stated that "we can do all these things, without raising our income tax, VAT or National Insurance".
Increasing National Insurance is breaching the Government's 2019 manifesto commitments.
What's the point in a manifesto if the Government change it once it's agreed? This is NOT democracy.
If National Insurance is to be increased, this should be limited to higher earners.
