Change the law on purchasing property in the UK, similar to that in Scotland.
Protect people when selling/purchasing a property. Stop people being allowed to 'change their mind' at the very last minute.
Purchasing a home in the UK is not an easy task. People financially invest heavily in solicitors fee's, searches, removal and or storage costs and there is no guarantee that your investment will pay off! Quite often the chain breaks and people are left without a property AND no longer in a financial position to start the process again as they have had to pay out for (non-refundable) fee's towards the purchase. The law needs to be changed to protect people & improve the property market!
