teacher training days should be school holidays
The DofE should ensure Inset days or teacher training days take place during the summer school holidays. I propose 1 week of the 6 week holiday be used for the extra training needed
on average teacher/inset days take up 6 days per year that the child loses in learning time something the government want to cut back is loss of learning time which is why they fine parents for taking students out of school in term time under section 444 of the education act 1996....
