Cap of football wages, transfer amounts and ticket prices

Additional Information

There needs to be a cap on spending by football clubs, both on wages and transfer values. This will make football more even because players will not go to other clubs because they are paying more. They should receive a maximum £50,000 and a maximum transfer of £100,000. There should be a cap on ticket prices at £40
