Petition Action

For your employer not to have the authority to force employees to be vaccinated

Petition Details

Discussions are being made by management to have their employees vaccinated. Without proof of vaccination, employers are able to threaten and discriminate those that do not wish to be vaccinated. This is a violation of Article 8 of the ECHR

Additional Information

The personal and right of choice should be with the individual. Alot of discussions were made proving how the conspiracy theories were to be ignored and rubbished yet everything that was reported in these “hoax” stories have actually now been made fact. Covid is still a very unknown disease in addition to the effectiveness of the vaccine still being discovered. The constant evolution of a disease also means that further vaccinations will be needed for life. Testing kits are very available and should be encouraged as an alternative.
