Vote to ring fence the NI increase, so that its benefit is restricted.
Government/Parliament to agree to ringfence all the monies raised from the NI increase, so that benefit is restricted to Nurses, Surgeons, X-ray, Physios, Porters plus other medical/essential staff. Zero going to existing or new Managers and Administrators. Same to be applied to the Care Sector.
Because the NHS does not currently use the monies it receives to give best value for money, with the patient at the centre.
The NI charge is an opportunity it change what is currently happening for the better.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We understand that you would like to ringfence the NI increase, but we're not sure what you mean when you say you would like to restrict the benefit to medical staff and the care sector.
In addition, petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for. Decisions about budgetary allocations within the NHS are a matter for NHS England and local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and NHS Trusts, not the Government or House of Commons.
