Abandon new rules for towing a trailer or caravan with a car from autumn 2021
Towing trailers up to 3,500kg MAM without taking a car and trailer test should be re-considered immediately.
Completely removing the test seems a complete disregard for road safety. An easier test or compulsory training course could replace it.
