Change the disclosure laws around Sarah Law and Claire Law requests.
Allow any disclosure to be made public to raise awareness of the risk these people pose. Currently to keep a disclosure confidential allows predators to keep offending and moving onto new victims, especially those who have a number of allegations an are deemed a risk but not prosecuted.
Children are being put at risk. Recently I worked closely with someone who produced a fake DBS, which allowed them to convince people they were not a safeguarding risk. However, this meant that this person was also able to be around children, whom the police force deemed a significant risk to children due to the number of allegations against minors and women. If the police deemed them to be a risk then surely there should be a register that includes those considered a risk to improve safeguards

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure whether you'd like to see a public register of people whose information would be released under the current disclosure schemes, or if you'd like to see the publication of any requests for information under these schemes.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
